Gateway Community and Technical College – Ready-to-Work Program to Host the Kentucky Commission on Women’s Northern Kentucky Area Regional Meeting
Frankfort, KY: The Kentucky Commission on Women (KCW), an office attached to the Office of the Governor, is pleased that the Ready To Work Program at Gateway Community & Technical College (GCTC) will host the NKY area Regional Meeting – Thursday, October 12, 5:30pm – 8:30pm (ET), in the Atrium and Auditorium on Gateway’s Edgewood Campus at 790 Thomas More Parkway: Edgewood, KY.
The NKY meeting “Women and Money-Plus” will begin at 5:30 pm with hors d’oeuvres, displays and networking. The meeting is from 6:30 to 8:30 features a presentation from the PULSE Study on women and self-sufficiency in the Greater Cincinnati Area, STARS Program for daycare accreditation, Women’s Crisis Center and Financial Planning 101. Dr. Kandi Deitemeyer, GCTC Academic Provost, Sarah Kahmann, and Vice-Chair of the KCW: and Trey Grayson, Secretary of State, will welcome the guests at 6:30 pm. The Regional Meetings will occur in all of Kentucky’s 15 Area Development Districts during 2006.
