Santa’s Water Wonderland at the Newport Aquarium

NEWPORT, Ky. – The third annual Santa's Water Wonderland at the Newport Aquarium promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience for guests. The event features the region's only Scuba Santa who communicates with the audience and interacts with sharks, fish and a loggerhead sea turtle in unique underwater presentations. This year, Santa will also mingle with Sweet Pea, one of the only shark rays on display in the world.

The Newport Aquarium aims to immerse guests in the magic of the season. And, in this sink-or-swim attraction industry, the event has done just that. Santa’s Water Wonderland was named one of the "Top Ten" Festivals & Events for Winter/Holiday 2005 by the Kentucky Tourism Council.
