Governor Steve Beshear and the Kentucky Department of Travel and Tourism will host a celebratory luncheon to recognize 47 eastern Kentucky food sites recently chosen for the Appalachian Regional Commission’s (ARC) “Bon Appétit Appalachia,” a national map-guide showcasing the region’s most distinctive food destinations. The luncheon will take place at historic Boone Tavern in Berea on Wednesday, Sept. 3.
