Take Mom To A State Resort Park For Mother’s Day
FRANKFORT, Ky. – The Kentucky State Parks will be making Mother’s Day special with their annual Mother’s Day Buffet at 17 resort parks.
The resort parks will be offering the special buffet on Sunday, May 13, from noon until 8 p.m. This year’s menu includes roast beef, roast pork with apple dressing, old fashioned chicken and dumplings, fried catfish and hushpuppies, and a soup and salad bar. Garden vegetables, a cheese bar and various desserts are also included.
The meal costs $14.95 for adults and $6.95 for children. The price includes beverage.
The resort parks feature lodges, cottages, campgrounds, gift shops, hiking trails and many other activities. For more information about the parks, visit www.parks.ky.gov
