FRANKFORT, Ky. – If you’re looking for a Kentucky-made gift for the holidays, check out the gift shops at Kentucky State Parks.

All 17 resort parks and several other parks such as My Old Kentucky Home in Bardstown, Audubon State Park in Henderson and Constitution Square State Historic Site in Danville have gift shops. During the holiday season, these gifts shops are offering sales with 25 to 50 percent discounts on some items.

Kentucky State Park gift shops feature Kentucky-made products such as arts and crafts items and food products along with souvenirs and other gifts perfect for the season.

Unbridled Spirit Gift Cards, which can be used at state parks, the Kentucky Horse Park, the Artisan Center at Berea and the Kentucky Historical Society, can also be purchased and used at state park gift shops. These cards never lose their value and make excellent gifts.

To find out more about Kentucky State Park gift shops, visit www.parks.ky.gov or call the park to check on hours of operation.
