Eagle Watch Weekend At Lake Barkley Cancelled

CADIZ, Ky. – The Eagle Watch Weekend at Lake Barkley State Resort Park scheduled for Jan. 30-Feb. 1 has been cancelled due to power outages and winter storm damage.

Eagle Watch Weekends are scheduled for Kenlake State Resort Park Feb. 6-8 and Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park Feb. 20-21. It’s not known whether the Lake Barkley Eagle Watch Weekend will be rescheduled.

Several state parks are without power and have storm damage. Visitors should call in advance to make sure a park is open before travelling.
