Santa Will Visit Cumberland Falls on Saturdays and Sundays in December
CORBIN, Ky. – This December, Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is the place to be. Beginning Saturday, Dec. 6 and continuing Dec. 13 and Dec. 20, bring the kids and have breakfast with a very special guest at the park near Corbin. You guessed it -- Santa!
We've heard Santa loves biscuits and gravy and will be in the Riverview Restaurant from 9:30-10:30 a.m. every Saturday. If you can't make it on a Saturday, then come out on Sunday afternoons (Dec. 7, 14 and 21) from 1 p.m.-2 p.m. and have your picture taken with Santa at the DuPont Lodge. Bring your camera for what will be a great photo opportunity. For more information contact Lisa Davis at 800-325-0063.
Like other resort parks, Cumberland Falls is also offering lodge rooms for $50 a night Sunday through Thursday with a coupon that’s available on the web site through Dec. 30, 2008. The Riverview Restaurant serves a variety of cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If camping is more your style, there are RV and tent sites.
Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is 20 miles southwest of Corbin. Take US 25W to KY 90. From I-75 south, take exit 25. From I-75 north, take exit 15. Follow directional signs leading to the park.
