Carter Caves Will Offer Summer Discounts

OLIVE HILL, Ky. --  Carter Caves State Resort Park soon will be rolling out summer 2009 discount coupons for lodging, cave tours, mini-golf and gift shop purchases.

The discounts will apply from May 15, 2009 through Sept. 30, 2009.

Due to the success of last year’s coupons, the park decided once again to allow customers the opportunity to visit and enjoy the facilities with a little help during these tough economic times.  Coupons are only available by visiting the park’s web page at www.parks.ky.gov/findparks/resortparks/cc.

Here’s a run-down on the discount coupons:

Lodge Room for 2 Adults at Lewis Caveland Lodge for $69.95 + tax per night.
Each additional adult $10.00 + tax.
Good for a Sunday – Thursday night stay only and based on availability.
NOT AVAILABLE ON HOLIDAYS OR SPECIAL EVENT DATES. MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN. On-line reservation code: SUMMER.

Mini-Golf
Buy one round get one round FREE. Monday through Thursday only.

Cave Tours
One adult at child rate with purchase of a full-price adult ticket. Good for X Cave and Cascade Cave ONLY. Monday through Thursday only.

Two Bedroom Cottage for up to 4 adults for $149.95 + tax per night.
Regular $199.95. Each additional adult is $10.00. Good for a Sunday through Thursday night stay only and based on availability. NOT AVAILABLE ON HOLIDAYS OR SPECIAL EVENT DATES.

Gift Shop
15% off any purchase over $15, excluding snacks and beverages and items marked as SALE items. Monday through Thursday only.
