Travel Advisory For Lake Barkley and Kenlake State Resort Parks
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Guests traveling to Lake Barkley and Kenlake State Resort Parks should be aware that the U.S. 68/KY 80 bridge over Kentucky Lake is closed to traffic. It was struck Thursday night (Jan. 26) by a cargo ship, destroying a main truss.

Also still open is the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. It can still be reached on U.S.68/KY80 from Cadiz over Lake Barkley to the Land Between the Lakes.
For more information, guests can call the parks. The number for Lake Barkley is 1-800-325-1708. The number for Kenlake is 1-800-325-0143.
