Free Concert By Marshall Law Set For Sept. 9 at Rough River

FALLS OF ROUGH, Ky.Rough River Dam State Resort Park will be hosting a free sunset concert by Marshall Law and Friends on Saturday, Sept. 9, at 8 p.m. (CT) at the beach area.

 

This high-energy show includes country, southern rock and a taste of blues – all performed by an eight-piece band on top of a 100-foot houseboat overlooking the lakeshore.

 

The show will be filmed by veteran music video producer Bob MacDonald, who has produced music videos for stars like Willie Nelson. The concert will also be recorded by legendary engineer/producer George Tutko, who has worked with Bob Seger, Bob Dylan, Journey, and Rod Stewart albums. A CD package from this concert will be released later this year.

 

Law, a Louisville native who grew up in Grayson County, has enjoyed recent success with a new CD “Long Arm of the Law.”  Also performing will be the Dynamics along with Brent Bennett for a well rounded, highly entertaining show.
