State Parks Promoted With Pepsi Free Night Offer
FRANKFORT, Ky. – The Kentucky State Parks have joined with Pepsi to offer free stays at state park resort lodges.
“We’re glad to be working with Pepsi to help promote our state parks and let people know what we have to offer,” said Parks Commissioner J.T. Miller. “We have some great things to do – boating, fishing, swimming and hiking – and this offers our guests an inexpensive way to enjoy them.”
The promotion allows those who stay at a state park lodge or cottage any night Sunday through Thursday to receive a free night’s stay during a later visit to one of the 17 state park lodges. The coupons are available on Pepsi cans and 12-packs and should be shown at the park. The free night, which is good for a lodge room, must be used Sunday-Thursday on a later park visit before May 15, 2007. The promotion runs through Sept.30, 2006.
Kentucky’s state parks exclusively sell Pepsi products.
Pepsi is also promoting Kentucky State Parks with signs on Pepsi trucks with the parks’ web site www.parks.ky.gov
