Camper Appreciation Weekend Aug. 11-12 At Kentucky Dam Village

GILBERTSVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park will host its Camper Appreciation weekend on Aug. 11-12.

Those who camp Friday night will get Saturday night free.

The park’s recreation department will also be featuring several activities throughout the week of Aug. 7 with the theme “Decade Week.” There will be themes from different decades for each day of the week. The activities are open to all park guests.

On Saturday, Aug. 12, Elvis impersonator Rick Staley will perform at the          campground at 8 p.m. (CT).
