Commonwealth Package I includes a lodge room for one night, dinner for two, breakfast for two and lunch for two for $149 plus tax. Commonwealth Package II features a lodge room for two nights and a dinner, breakfast and lunch for two people for $209 plus tax.

All resort parks have lodges, restaurants, trails and other amenities. Many parks are along lakes suitable for fishing and boating as well as award-winning golf courses. Parks also have various seasonal events and programs such as wildlife viewing, arts and craft shows and historic sites and tours.
The Kentucky State Park System is composed of 51 state parks plus an interstate park shared with Virginia. The Department of Parks, an agency of the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet, operates 17 resort parks with lodges -- more than any other state.
