General Butler Dinner Theater To Feature “Murder In The Grand Hotel” On Nov. 10
CARROLLTON, Ky. – Mystery, suspense and humor – all packed into one enjoyable evening at General Butler State Resort Park in Carrollton. That’s what you’ll get with “Murder In The Grand Hotel” on Saturday, Nov. 10.
The producers of this play, Rising Star Promotions of Lamar, Ind., say “it’s like a game of Clue, except with live actors – well most of them anyway!”
This dinner theater begins at 6:30 p.m. at the General Butler Conference Center. Tickets are $30 a person plus tax and include dinner. Tickets are on sale at the park until noon on Nov. 10.
A lodging package is available for $130 a couple plus tax. This includes dinner, the show, one night at Butler Lodge and a Sunday buffet breakfast.

General Butler State Resort Park has a lodge, cottages, Two Rivers Restaurant, gift shop, campground, hiking trails, 9-hole golf course, mini-golf, mountain biking and other activities.
The resort is located 44 miles northeast of Louisville. From Louisville, take I-71 to Carrollton. If you are coming from the Huntington area traveling west off of I-64, take exit #172. Drive north on Hwy 1, to Triple A Hwy north. Take Triple A Hwy North to I-275 West. Drive West on I-275 to I 71/75 South, then I-71 South to Exit 44. Turn right on Hwy 227 to the park.
