    A Lexington company has received 10 citations for safety violations with an adjusted penalty of $420,000 dollars. TSP Co. Inc. has a long history of violations with the Labor Cabinet’s Division of Safety and Health Compliance (KyOSH Compliance) with regard to scaffolding safety. The fine reflects the Cabinet’s growing frustration with the company’s disregard for worker safety and regulations administered by the agency.
