OSHA 300-A Summary Due

Attention All Commonwealth of Kentucky Employers

The OSHA 300-A summary must be posted no later than February 1, 2010 and must remain posted until April 30, 2010.  The summary must be posted in a conspicuous place or where notices to employees are customarily posted.
