FRANKFORT, KY (July 7, 2005) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced today emergency road funding for Alexander Street in Somerset. Somerset has been authorized to receive $25,000 for slip repair on Alexander Street in Somerset.

“This project is just one example of the cabinet’s commitment to recognizing a problem and taking action for a solution,” said acting Secretary Bill Nighbert. “These emergency funds are being used to improve safety and mobility in the city of Somerset.”
