Thacker Information Officer 859-246-2355 davidb.thacker@ky.govMEDIA ADVISORY LEXINGTON, KY (February 8, 2005)—The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways announces that the right lane of I-75 Northbound will be closed between milepoints 98 – 100 on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. The closure is necessary to perform pothole patching. Appropriate signs, barrels, and Variable Message Boards will be used to alert motorists of the closure. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the closure, and to utilize safe driving habits in the area during the shut down.
