LEXINGTON, KY (February 8, 2005)—The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways announces that work on the intersection of US 27 (Cynthiana Road) and US 27/68 (Paris Bypass) in Bourbon County will take place Friday, February 11, 2005 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

The work will consist of the placement of thermoplastic pavement markings as well as sign repair. Lane closures will occur at various times during the work hours. Appropriate signs, variable message boards and other traffic control devices will be used to alert motorists.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the closures, and to utilize safe driving habits throughout the work zone.

All roadwork is scheduled weather permitting.
