Outer Loop of New Circle Road Between Tates Creek Road and Alumni Drive to be Closed for Maintenance Repairs

LEXINGTON, KY (January 11, 2006)—The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways announces that the right lane of New Circle Road (Outer Loop) will be closed at milepoint 17.05, Thursday, January 12, 2006 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon).

The closure will take place between the Tates Creek Road and Alumni Drive Exits and is necessary to perform roadway surface repairs, the left lane will remain open.  Motorists are urged to use extreme caution traveling this work zone and to expect delays.
