Northbound I-75 to be Reduced to One Lane in Fayette County for Maintenance Repairs

LEXINGTON, KY (January 11, 2006)—The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways announces that Northbound I-75 between milepoints 109-112, in Fayette County,  will be reduced to one lane Thursday, January 12, 2006 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

The closure is necessary to perform roadway surface repairs.  The closure will affect the middle and left lanes of northbound I-75, the right lane will remain open.  Motorists are urged to use extreme caution traveling this work zone and to expect delays.
