Louisville, KY (December 8, 2005)- Kentucky Department of Highways District 5 maintenance crews continue to treat roadways in all eight counties as a mixture of rain, snow and ice continues to fall across the district. The crews in each county are prepared to work as long as it takes to ensure the roads are in the best condition possible during this winter event.  District 5 includes Bullitt, Franklin, Henry, Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Spencer and Trimble Counties.
