I71 Traffic Advisory

Louisville, KY (October 5, 2005) - The Kentucky Department of Highways announces the temporary closure of the exit ramp from southbound Interstate 71 to KY 146, Exit 17, as part of the Interstate 71 resurfacing project.  The exit ramp will be closed from 10:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6 to 2:00 a.m. Friday, October 7.

The actual starting date and duration of this work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.  Log on to www.transportation.ky.gov/d5 for the latest in construction and maintenance activities in our area.  Dial 511 or log on to 511.ky.gov for the latest in traffic and travel information in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
