Interstate 65/Metro Louisville Traffic Advisory

Louisville, KY (September 22, 2005) - The District 5 Department of Highways office in Louisville announces a temporary ramp closure on southbound Interstate 65 at mile point 136.4 in Metro Louisville.  The I65 exit ramp to eastbound Interstate 64 will be closed from 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 22, to 5:00 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2005, to allow for bridge deck repair.

The actual starting date and duration of this work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.  Motorists are urged to be cautious and reduce speed.  Stay alert and minimize distractions.  This is a reminder we must all help reduce the number of highway work zone accidents and fatalities.  Slow Down to Get There!
