Interstate 65 / Muhammad Ali Blvd Traffic Advisory
Louisville, KY (September 29, 2005) - The District 5 Department of Highways office in Louisville announces the northbound Interstate 65 exit ramp to Muhammad Ali Boulevard (Exit 136-C) will be temporarily closed. This ramp closure will occur nightly from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday, October 3 through Thursday, October 13, and allow for utility work. In addition, the 300 block of eastbound Muhammad Ali Boulevard will be temporarily reduced to one lane nightly from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. as part of this utility work.
The actual starting date and duration of this work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur. Motorists are urged to be cautious and reduce speed. Stay alert and minimize distractions and keep a safe distance between your vehicle, the car ahead, and the construction workers and their equipment.
