Louisville, KY (June 27, 2011) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 5 Office announces the temporary closure of KY 1848 (Todds Point Road) in Shelby County due to RJ Corman railroad crossing repairs. KY 1848 will be closed to thru traffic at the railroad crossing between Main Street and Station Pointe Lane (mile point 6.21) in Simpsonville.

This roadway is scheduled for closure from 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 27th until 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 29th. Motorists should follow the signed detour.
