Temporary lane closures on westbound I-64 in Jefferson County

Louisville, KY (September 27, 2006) - The Department of Highways District 5 office announces temporary lane closures on westbound Interstate 64 to allow for painting of the bridges on Interstate 64.  Lane closures will occur at the following locations and dates: 

• Left lane at the interchange with Interstate 71(mile point 5.9) from 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2006 until 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2006
• Right lane at Breckenridge Lane (mile point 11.2) from 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2006 until 6:00 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2006
• Left lane at Breckenridge Lane (mile point 11.2) from 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2006 until 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2006
• Right lane at the railroad overpass (mile point 6.6) from 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2006 until 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2006
• Right lane at the railroad overpass (mile point 6.6) from 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2006 until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, October 2, 2006
• Left lane at the railroad overpass (mile point 6.6) from 9:00 p.m. on Monday, October 2, 2006 until 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2006
• Left lane at the railroad overpass (mile point 6.6) from 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 until 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2006
