Interstate lane closures for Ohio River Bridges drilling

Louisville, KY (April 27, 2006) - The District 5 Department of Highways office in Louisville announces temporary lane and or shoulder closures at the following locations in Jefferson County. These closures will occur between 7:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following morning to allow for drilling as part of the Ohio River Bridges Project:

May 1, 2006:      Right side lane and shoulder closed on northbound I-65 ramp to eastbound I-64

May 2, 2006:      Right side partial ramp closure on eastbound I-64 ramp to southbound I-65

May 3, 2006:      Right side lane and shoulder closed on westbound I-64 near John F. Kennedy Bridge

May 8, 2006:      Right side partial ramp closure on northbound I-65 ramp to westbound I-64

May 9, 2006:      Right side partial ramp closure on southbound I-65 ramp to westbound I-64

Right side partial ramp closure on eastbound I-64 ramp to northbound I-65

May 10, 2006:     Right side partial ramp closure on eastbound I-64 ramp to southbound I-65

                        Right side partial ramp closure on westbound I-64 ramp to southbound I-65

May 11, 2006:     Right side lane and shoulder closure on southbound I-65 at Jefferson Street
