Spraying on Interstate 65

Louisville, KY  (April 20, 2006) - The District 5 Department of Highways office in Louisville announces spray crews will be on northbound and southbound Interstate 65 between milepoint 130 (Airport entrance) and 137 (Kentucky - Indiana State Line) to allow for spraying operations. This work will take place 9:30 am to 3 pm on Thursday, April 20, 2006.

Motorists are urged to be cautious and reduce speed. Stay alert and minimize distractions, and keep a safe distance between your vehicle, the car ahead, and the workers and their equipment. This is a reminder we must all help reduce the number of highway work zone accidents and fatalities. Slow Down to Get There! Buckle Up and DRIVE SMART!
