The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is scheduled to resume the pavement rehabilitation project on I-75 in Whitley County, Monday, April 10, 2006.  Construction will be between Mileposts 0.0 to 5.60, North and Southbound lanes.

 Work will be continuous 24 hours a day with lane closures beginning each Monday at approx. 6:00 AM and continue through 7:00 AM each Friday.   ALL LANES WILL BE OPENED TO TRAFFIC BY 7:00 AM on Friday through Sunday at 7:00 PM.      The actual starting date and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.

  This area is a Double Fine Zone with a reduced speed limit of 55 MPH within the work zone.

 This project is expected to remain active through 2006.
