The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to reduce traffic to one lane on  KY 699 in Leslie County between Milepoints 5 and 6 on Tuesday, April 25, 2006 to replace a culvert beneath the roadway.
 
 KY 699 will be one-lane traffic from approximately 7:30 AM until 3:30 PM.   Actual starting date and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
  
 Motorists can expect long delays.
