MANCHESTER, KY. ---(October 25, 2007)— The Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet in coordination with Laurel County Officials will be hosting a Waste Tire Amnesty Program, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Nov. 1-3 in Laurel County.  The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways maintenance facility will be used for the collection of unwanted waste tires from the public.

Citizens will be allowed to bring their waste tires to the garage located off West KY 80   between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM, each day.
