The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announces a construction project to begin on KY 38 in Harlan County.

 Contractor is scheduled to begin blasting operations the week of November 7, 2005 and may continue through December 1, 2005.  Possible blasting operations are scheduled between the hours of 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays.

 Motorists can expect delays during blasting operations.

 This project is to be complete by December 31, 2005.
