MANCHESTER, KY. ---(February 7, 2008)— The CSX Railroad will be installing a flasher on US 25E in Knox County, between Milepoints 12 and 13, today, Thursday, February 7.

There will be a lane closure for Northbound traffic in the left (fast) lane from approximately 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Delays are possible and motorists are advised to use caution through this area.
The actual starting date and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.
