MANCHESTER, KY. ---(January 3, 2007)— The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will close KY 6 in Knox County to all traffic beginning at 9:00 AM between Milepoints 0 and 1, Thursday, January 4, 2007.
 
 Construction is expected to take approximately two hours for tile installation and roadway should be open to traffic by Noon.

 Motorists can use alternate routes and avoid this area.
