MANCHESTER, KY. ---(September 7, 2006)— The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will close KY 3458 in Harlan County at .032 milepoint on Saturday, September 9, 2006, to replace a bridge.

 Crews will be on-site by 6:00 AM and work is expected to be completed by late afternoon.
