JACKSON, KY – (March 27, 2006) – A traffic signal has been installed at the intersection of KY 15 and Bulldog Lane in Hazard.

This signal will begin flashing on Thursday, March 30. After a week on flash, it will go into full operation on Thursday, April 6. During the flash period, drivers on KY 15 will see a flashing yellow light and drivers on Bulldog Lane will see a flashing red light.

In conjunction with the signal installation, pavement marking and signage modifications will be made this week to the nearby intersection of KY 15 and Business KY 15 at the south end of the Hazard bypass (Johnny Cox All-American Drive) to improve safety in the area.
