KY 3237 in Breathitt County reopened to traffic

JACKSON, Ky. – After repairs were made to a collapsed culvert caused by recent flooding, KY 3237 (Canoe Road) in Breathitt County has been reopened to through traffic.

Although the road is now open to two-way traffic, repairs are still underway in the area. Drivers are asked to use caution and slow down in this vicinity, as workers and heavy equipment may be present for the next several days.

Drivers should also slow down in the area of the collapsed culvert due to the rough road. The repaired section has not yet been repaved, so drivers should expect a bump in the area until the section can be patched with asphalt.
