KY 30 in Magoffin County to be closed for brush removal

JACKSON, Ky. – KY 30 in Magoffin County will be closed to through trafficduring working hours on Wednesday, Aug. 5 through Friday, Aug. 7, for removal of debris from this past winter’s ice storm.

The closure will be near mile marker 9, adjacent to the Mountain Parkway at Exit 72, and will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. each day.

The entrance and exit ramps at Exit 72 will remain open during this time. No marked detour for KY 30 will be posted.
