Administrative Office of the Courts announces three promotions

FRANKFORT, Ky., Oct. 24, 2005 ¾ The Administrative Office of the Courts has announced three promotions: Jacqueline K. Heyman has been named deputy director, John B. Dobson has been named general manager of the Department of Court Services, Research & Statistics, and J. Scott Brown has been named general manager of the Department of Auditing Services.

The Administrative Office of the Courts is the operational arm of the Kentucky Court of Justice and supports the activities of more than 3,400 court system employees, including the elected offices of justices, judges and circuit court clerks. The AOC also executes the Judicial Branch budget.
