Kentucky Arts Council to feature Georgetown artist
FRANKFORT, Ky. — Kentucky digital artist Bruce Frank, of Georgetown, has been selected as the Kentucky Arts Council's featured artist for July.
Frank, a juried participant in the Kentucky Arts Council's Kentucky Crafted Program since 2005, takes photographs and then digitally manipulates them on a computer to create something unique and new. Most recently, he's begun incorporating koi and butterfly images into his botanical-themed compositions.
