Kentucky Arts Council meets in Frankfort

FRANKFORT, Ky. — The Kentucky Arts Council will hold its regular quarterly meeting at 12 noon EDT, Friday, March 26, 2010, at the Capital Plaza Tower, ground floor auditorium, 500 Mero Street, Frankfort, Ky.

All Kentucky Arts Council board meetings are open to the public.

Kentucky Arts Council board members are: Todd P. Lowe, chairman, Louisville; Everett D. McCorvey, vice-chairman, Lexington; Sonya Baker, Murray; Wilma Brown, Danville; Zev Buffman, Owensboro; Paul Fourshee, Cadiz; Ronald Johnson, Ft. Mitchell; Henrietta Kemp, Hopkinsville; Nicholas Kouns, Lexington; Ed Lane, Lexington; Josephine Richardson, Whitesburg; Andrea Rudloff, Bowling Green; Ann Duggins Schell, Louisville; Randall C. Vaughn, Lexington; James R. Voyles, Louisville; and Jayne Moore Waldrop, Lexington.

The Kentucky Arts Council, the state arts agency, creates opportunities for Kentuckians to value, participate in and benefit from the arts. Kentucky Arts Council funding is provided by the Kentucky General Assembly and the National Endowment for the Arts.
