Kentucky Arts Council meets in Louisville

FRANKFORT, KY — The Kentucky Arts Council will have its quarterly board meeting from noon – 3 p.m. EST, Dec. 10, 2010, at Kentucky Museum of Art & Craft (3rd floor classroom), 715 W. Main St., Louisville, Ky. All Kentucky Arts Council meetings are open to the public.

Kentucky Arts Council board members are: Todd P. Lowe, chair, Louisville; Everett D. McCorvey, vice chair, Lexington; Sonya Baker, Murray; Wilma Brown, Danville; Zev Buffman, Owensboro; Paul Fourshee, Cadiz; Ronald Johnson, Ft. Mitchell; Henrietta Kemp, Hopkinsville; Nicholas Kouns, Lexington; Ed Lane, Lexington; Josephine Richardson, Whitesburg; Andrea Rudloff, Bowling Green; Ann Duggins Schell, Louisville; Randall C. Vaughn, Lexington; James R. Voyles, Louisville; and Jayne Moore Waldrop, Lexington.

The Kentucky Arts Council, the state arts agency, creates opportunities for Kentuckians to value, participate in and benefit from the arts. Kentucky Arts Council funding is provided by the Kentucky General Assembly and the National Endowment for the Arts.
