Frankfort, KY - The Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation will hold a Board meeting on Friday November 3, 2006.  The meeting will begin at 10:00 AM EST in the board room of the Clarion Hotel in Louisville, KY.  The meeting is open to the public.
