WKGC Grower Meeting to Be Held

Frankfort, KY. (August 1, 2006)- The Governor’s Office of Agricultural Policy will host a meeting concerning the future use of the former West Kentucky Growers’ Cooperative (WKGC) facility. This meeting will be held at the Daviess County Extension Office in Owensboro Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 7:00 PM CDT.

This meeting will provide an opportunity for the public to provide input on the future of the facility, vegetable production in the area, or any other issues related to the release of this RFP. The meeting is open to the public and anyone is welcome to attend and speak.
