Frankfort, KY. (May 17, 2006)- The Governors Office of Agricultural Policy will be presenting two checks to Owensboro Grain Biodiesel, LLC, during a ground breaking ceremony on May 18, 2006 at the Soybean Oil Refinery Plant, which is part of Owensboro Grain.

The ground breaking ceremony and check presentation will take place at 3:15 PM CST in Owensboro, KY.
