2006 KADF Annual Meeting to Be Held in Louisville

The 2006 Kentucky Agricultural Development Fund (KADF) Annual Meeting will be held on February 10, 2006 at the Marriott Louisville East in Louisville, KY

The KADF Annual Meeting is an opportunity for County Council Members, Program Administrators, Extension Agents, and others interested in agriculture to discover entrepreneurship in agriculture, experience Kentucky Proud products, share ideas with others from across the commonwealth, as well as learn new Board policies and programs. Event highlights include the Kentucky Opportunity Marketplace exhibit area, Kentucky product samples, policy & program updates, and an Awards Luncheon. Sessions will focus on program administration, project development, and entrepreneurship.

The pre-registration deadline is 4:30 PM Friday, January 27. The cost of registration is $25 per person registering on or before January 27. After January 27, registration is $35 per person. 

Award nominations for "County Council Member of the Year" and "Cooperative Extension Agent of the Year" are also 4:30 PM Friday, January 27.
