The Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea will be open normal hours (8:00 am - 8:00 pm) the July 4th weekend including July 4, providing visitors with shopping, traveler amenities and café services.

Demonstrating artisans and events over this Fourth of July Weekend include: Saturday, July 4, from 10:30 – 3:30 – Painted and Carved Gourds Demonstrated by Donna & Donnie Smith and the exhibition Shaped by Nature: Kentucky Artisans work with Natural Materials which showcases the work of over 30 artisans who create innovative works from natural plant materials.

Convenient to travelers on this busy July 4 weekend, the Center is located at 975 Walnut Meadow Road, just off Interstate 75 at exit 77 (Berea). The Center’s special exhibitions, shopping, and travel information areas are all open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and the café from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission is free. The Center currently features works by more than 650 artisans from over 100 counties across the Commonwealth.
