Kentucky Commission on Human Rights Board meeting this week is canceled
MURRAY, KENTUCKY (MAY 18, 2011) – The Kentucky Commission on Human Rights Board of Commissioners meeting at Murray State University this Thursday has been canceled due to the lack of a voting quorum.
The discrimination complaints scheduled to be ruled upon this month will be brought before the commission at its June meeting, the details of which will be announced closer to that time.
The Kentucky Commission on Human Rights is the state government agency that enforces the Kentucky and U.S. Civil Rights acts, which prohibit discrimination.
