Justice and Public Safety Cabinet Accepting Applications for DUI Enforcement Grant Money

Grants to be awarded to local law enforcement agencies for DUI enforcement purposes

Frankfort, KY – Beginning March 1st, the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet will be accepting applications for the Law Enforcement Service Fee Grant (LSF) program.

LSF grants are funded from the service fee imposed on offenders convicted of DUI throughout the Commonwealth.  Law enforcement agencies may apply for awards to support local DUI enforcement efforts, including: overtime, equipment, and public awareness/prevention/education campaigns.

LSF applications must be received by the Grants Management Branch, Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, 125 Holmes Street, Frankfort, Kentucky, 40601, by close of business on April 17th.
